I went purchase a few items such as a window box clips do a deck railing. I and my husband tried to screw them on the railing , just did not work- frustration from he and I . I bought a hose , not good either. Quality awful !! Very nice helpful sales person when buying the merchandise However, returning it the next day - rude sales clerks from a young women with dark hair. She made a commit to me , that I said the muexhadise was a piece of crap! Said it to me that I said it. I might have said it the day before when I called . To repeat it to me in front of people loudly was very unprofessional . Also, the older lady with gray hair , it was a project to return my items. She gave me a guilty look Mande me wait for the manager at least 5 minutes before I got my refund. A very unpleasant feeling overall when I returned my cheap murchadise. Yes I had to keep the flowers and window boxes . They are sitting on my deck because your merchandise to hold the boxes up did not work. Chris
