Horrible, horrible customer service! I stood at the Service Desk, to return something, for 10 minutes while 3 different employees looked right at me and walked away. Then stood in line for another 5 minutes and was sent BACK to the service desk. The gal who finally helped me (and who was also 1 of the ones to see me there for 10 minutes) was extremely rude and curt with me! She needs some extra training in customer service!!

I live quite a distance away from any Steins and it is my excitement every year to take a trip Steins in Appleton each year during spring time and Christmas time due to all their assortment of spring products and Christmas products. great quality, large assortment of anything you could want for your garden needs and Christmas enjoyment.

I have purchased many house plants and annuals over the years and have always felt the plants were healthy.
