CARINO NURSERIES, a third generation family run business, was founded by the late A.F. Carino in 1946. In the beginning, the nursery was used primarily to supply planting stock for the reclaimed areas of the Carino surface mining operations. As time went on, it gradually developed into one of the largest commercial bareroot seedling nurseries in the country.
