Houston Garden Centers Briargrove Lakeside Town & Country

Went to the Briargrove Lakeside Town & Country location. Inquired about long blooming Azeleas and a personnel showed me the plants he recommended. He also stated the shrubs were on sale @$16.99 for today and regular price was $29.99ea. When I proceeded to checkout a female employee started writing up my cart of 5 shrubs, hanging plant & assy. to help out the cashier who was the same person that assisted with the Azelea choice. The female employee starting listing my three Azelea shrubs @ $29.99ea to which I stated to her there was a mistake in her pricing. I explained to her the cashier was the one who assisted me with choosing the Azeleas and also informed me the price @$16.99ea. The cashier confirmed that was the case in my presence to this female employee. This female employee would not honor her alledged co-worker's mistake and demanded I pay full price. My initial feeling was to walk but someone was home waiting to plant. I paid and left. I am pissed. Terrible service rendered.
