I ordered some grass from here, very pricey. The guy delivered the grass right next to my garbage cans on garbage day! Absolutely no common sense doing that. My entire driveway was available for them to put it all the way up by my garage door. I tried to wave the guy down for him to move it and he looked right at me and kept going! What terrible customer service. It took my husband a long time to find a phone number for this place to get in touch with someone to move the grass. We were told company policy has them put the grass curbside. No where on the website or where it talks about their delivery does it say curbside only. We will never order anything from this company again. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

I have a complaint about being able to reach someone by phone. it is impossible! I live too far away to drive down with my question....I lost some keys and need to know if they were found there!!!!
