Most working there do not speak English. When you are lucky enough to find someone to help they don't know any more than the average customer. Then if you get lucky enough to find someone who thinks they know it all they are aloof and not accommodating at all. Bad experience and hesitant to return.

I enjoyed shopping at Milberger, it is a reasonable place to shop, it has beautiful plants , & ornaments for the gardens, I enjoyed shopping there because of the good grass that they carried, reasonable prices. The staff are great always there to help you in whatever you need, very helpful always answering the correct questions , & always helpful it is a great place to shop for plants. The only thing that it is too far from where we reside. Hopefully someday , they build something near by the northwest side, it will be easier for many people to shop, maybe by Bandera Rd.
