We ordered a tree three weeks ago. The money went out of our account immediately and now we can't reach them. Never received a confirmation email, as they said I would. I'm in hopes they will read this bad review and contact me. We have attempted to reach them a half dozen times via email to everyone in the company that we could find. Not one responded.
