My first visit was awesome and we were showered with lots of attention to our needs. I brought in a young man from on of my programs from work. The fact that we chose 16 Acres Garden Center was a hit, the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in his research to find out different types of trees/ plants. The questions were asked one after another to several staff member and each one of them took their time and gave him their undivided attention. That speaks for itself, of the kind of service that is provided at 16 Acres Garden Center. The information that was given, actually was very educational for the young man and myself, like; the botanical names and common name of the plants. Wow, it was as though we had enrolled in plant study 101 lol. Overall, a wonderful experience.

I have been going to Sixteen Acres Garden Center for over 30 years and the changes that have consistently been added to the Center have all been wonderful. When asking about a suggested plant , looking for a plant or solving gardening problems they have ALWAYS been helpful.Their Spring Gardening workshops are GREAT,you learn a lot and it is an enjoyable experience. I can honestly say that I have purchased many plants, both annual & perennial, from other garden centers only to have quite a few disappointments. I can't say that about Sixteen Acres. Their plants do extremely well - both vegetable and flowering, I can always be SURE that they will do well.Their bushs and trees are also excellent. We have purchased several trees, fruit trees, grape vines and bushs, all doing well.
