Clegg's Nursery is a locally owned garden center that has been flourishing in Baton Rouge, Louisiana since its initial start by Mr. Sam Clegg in 1955. Mr. Sam and his wife Effie, who together shared a strong passion for gardening and a will to succeed, began their humble business by selling a few plants on an empty lot on Florida Boulevard.
