The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They have excellent products that are well maintained so your purchases are in good condition when you purchase them. They are competitively priced with other nurseries. We have purchased many plants, mulch and other items from them over many years (20). Recently we purchased some evergreens that had just arrived from the grower. Their roots had been damaged either in digging or shipping but the trees had not shown the effects yet. When they did not survive the owner contacted the grower and had the trees replaced and even delivered them for free. Customer service sometimes seems lost in many business these day but it is alive and well at this family owned business. I highly recommend Crabapple Cove for your nursery needs.
