Every year we buy a Christmas tree from here. This year has been a nightmare. After spending $70.00 for a Christmas tree and five days later it’s turning brown and the needles are falling off in droves. We took it back to HP&GC to ask for an exchange. The manager Carlos wouldn’t even look at us, just wrote a number on a piece of paper and said call corporate. My husband called corporate and was told they couldn’t do anything – NOTHING, no one has authority to help a customer - we’re out $70.00 and no Christmas tree? She said she would give his name and number to the owner. I don’t have any faith in getting that all. I’m sick to my stomach, I never expected this treatment. Now I know how they really care about their customer’s satisfaction. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!
