I recently hired Pike Ballantyne to design and install a backyard retreat. I really enjoyed working with my designer, Gary. He took time to listen and answer ALL of my questions and concerns. He went above and beyond in his timeliness of getting the design and estimate done and communicated every step of the process and timeline.
