I wouldn't go back after being a long time customer. Went to return a $300 rug the following day with my receipt and got the run around because they scanned the code and the rug had a different code? They wanted to only give me a store credit vs my money back and were accusing me of fraud. After realizing they had a separate scan code they finally gave me my money back. The employee didn't even look at the sticker for ther code once I finally got it. I don't think he needed it in the first place. Overall I was very disappointed and learned that having your receipt isn't good enough when returning your purchase.
