In reference to Mr. Paul Lees review, we are OK with people having different opinions, however, honesty goes a long way. I am the one who took the firewood order, I never mention the word seasoned to customers, I tell them we have a lot of happy customers and we have been dealing with the same supplier for 18 years, and yes I did say it was ready to burn, because it was. When Mr. Lee decided he was going to cancel the charge on his credit card, we said no problem, we will be out to pick up the wood. When we got to his house, he would not let our employees on his driveway to pick it up, that was when he got angry, we had the receipt proving that we refunded the money and he still did not want us to pick up our wood, makes no sense. We finally received some assistance in allowing us onto the property to pick up the wood that had been refunded, We are fair people, and know that is not too much to expect in return.

Poor operation. I was willing to pay $375 + $30 delivery fee for what was sold as seasoned wood. An employee sold me wood over the phone that was "ready to burn.". The wood that was delivered was green, it had been split for less than a month. Additionally, it was dumped up against my house. They refused to replace the wood or pick up the wood. Not until I filled a dispute with my credit card did they agree to pick up the wood. When the owner came to pick up the wood he was so mad that he got in my face and threatened to "pop me one.". The employee is dishonest and talking with her is like trying to be rational with a drunk teenager. The owner is hostile.
