Their business is a joke and customer service is the worst. I spent $500 on poor quality grass when I called in to complain, no steps were taken on the staffs side to assist me in any manner. This will be my last time using their service and I would never refer them to anyone!

I ordered 2 pallets of sod to be delivered and the delivery man delivered it in the alley which is illegal and would block it . I asked him nicely to please deliver in my front yard on the swale and he cursed me out and told me he would not deliver it to front yard and took the sod back to Mar Pines Nursery. I called and spoke to a manager and he wasn't her nurseries in the area that offer much better service. I asked that the owner call me back and will wait and see. If that happens.
