Wow! Being new to the area, I heard this is the place in Cincinnati to get plants. It was amazing shopping for plants all grown on their nursery. We were redoing landscape for our new house, their in-store designer completed a design for us and then an employee took us to pick out our plants. They grow a million plants a year so I need the help. We will be back!

Despite being a large garden center Natorp's selection of trees and shrubs is narrow. Lots of boxwoods and yews but very little else. Some Japanese maples but just the normal regular leaf and lacy leafs. In general very disappointing selection. And on their website they claim the company was founded to offer better selection. Not true.
Since many trees and shrubs are stored indoors they will be shocked when you take them home and put them in direct sunlight.
The pricing is often sky high but you can join their buyers club to reduce that some. Overall the place is OK for some mainstream ho-hum annuals but little else.
