While they DO have a large variety of what you might need, and for the most part the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, I have found that odd time where some staff seem to be bothered when being asked a question or for help. Now, I certainly understand the current working conditions...likely short staffed, long hours due to pandemic etc so only gave off a 1/2 star for that! I've been coming to Stranges for over 30 years.

Good selection of nursery items. Terrible gift return policy. 30 days period. Don’t plan on purchasing a gift a few weeks prior to an event and expect the recipient to have the option to exchange the item. The department supervisor offered nothing.

What a great place to shop! Best selection of plants and garden supplies in Richmond. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.
