I purchased several perennials during your Moonlight Madness sale and fortunately, most are surviving. I do have a Lavender plant that I purchased then also that is not doing as well as most of the others, so I'm not sure if I'm over watering or underwatering, also I would like to

On April 20, I purchased $94 worth of perennials. Today when I inquired about returning one of the $9.99 plants, I was told that they no longer honor the 90 day warranty printed on the receipt. How very disappointing.
